Аннотация: Рассматриваются линейные системы обыкновенных дифференциальных уравнений с тождественно вырожденной в области определения матрицей коэффициентов перед производной искомой вектор-функции. В работе обсуждаются структура общих решений и понятие особой точки таких систем. На основе сравнения свойств “возмущенной” и исходной задач получен достаточный критерий асимптотической устойчивости нулевого решения по Ляпунову.
