Аннотация: The features of the Russian transportation and logistics system are determined in comparison with foreign ones. The authors propose methodical construction principles and the architecture of the multi-agent intelligent transportation and logistics system (MITLS) based on the methods of event simulation with regard to the Russian specificity. They develop the methodology of MITLS construction and a conceptual model of the multi-agent intelligent system; identify both sys-tem and object-oriented components; specify the levels of agents and their number at each level; describe the main agents and determine their functions.
