Аннотация: Metagenomic analysis allows describing microbial community with a previously unavailable precision, but requires considerable computing power for solving bioinformatics problems and participation of domain specialists at the stage of the result interpretation. This complicates the implementation of the analysis in a broad biological practice. The development of a domain user-friendly software environment for storage and analysis of metagenomic data has been started. The usage of a data ow programming system for representation of metagenomic analysis and the schema for a SQL database for storage of the metadata are considered as units of the environment.
