Аннотация: Traffic assignment problem is one of the central problems in transportation science. Various model assumptions lead to different setups corresponding to nonlinear optimization problems. In this work, we focus on the stable dynamic model and its generalizations. We propose new equivalent representation for stable dynamic model [Nesterov and de Palma, 2003]. We use smoothing technique to derive new model, which can be interpreted as a stochastic equilibrium model.
