Аннотация: The paper addresses the nonconvex optimal control (OC) problems with the cost functional and inequality constraints given by the functionals of Bolza where the control systems may be either state-linear or non-linear. Further, with the help of the Exact Penalization Theory we reduce original OC problem to an auxiliary penalized problem without constraints. In addition, we develop a DC-decomposition of the cost functional of the auxiliary problem. On this basis we consider Global Optimality Conditions (GOCs) for the penalized problem which have some relations to the original problem. The effectiveness of the GOCs demonstrated by examples.
